STEP 1 - PLANNING AND PREPARATION

STEP 2 - PROPERTY REVIEW

  • In-depth tailored Property Research Analysis for each Investment opportunity. This includes detailed information capital growth, employment, demographics, schools, infrastructure, government spending, retail, travel times to CBD and major hubs.

  • Analysis of the property, location, design, layout, inclusions, aspect etc…

  • Tailored cash-flow report for each property to help you to understanding the holding costs and future growth projections

STEP 3 - PURCHASE AND ONGOING SUPPORT

  • Guidance to help you secure your chosen investment property

  • Support you during your purchase by liaising with your Brokers, Solicitors, Developers so that you have a smooth purchase.

  • Work with you to overcome any hurdles that may arise.

  • Connect you to our list of recommended partners if you need help

  • Regular updates on your property during construction

STEP 4 - SETTLEMENT AND REVIEW

  • At the required time, usually a month before settlement, we will connect you to a Property Manager in the local area to secure a tenant for you

  • Prior to settlement, we will help coordinate and connect you to the relevant services you will need, these include Landlords Insurance, Depreciation report and Building Inspection.

  • We will help liaise with the builder/developer regarding any minor defects to have these reflected before handover.

  • At settlement we will help liaise with broker, solicitor and developer/builder to ensure a smooth handover.

  • After settlement our team is still here to support you with any ongoing questions you might have. We will also hold a review meeting around 6 - 12 months to see how your property is tracking and continue working on your investment strategy.
